From 1st November 2021, Queens Park Group Surgery will be serving the patients of The Village Medical Centre initially for a 1 year period. At present we are unable to offer appointments across sites so patients will only be able to book an appointment at the Great Denham site. We are looking forward to serving the practice population and to the future.
