Patient Survey

We would like your help with some important questions. Thank you for help with this.

Ashburnham Surgery, King Street Surgery, Queens Park Surgery, Shortstown Surgery, The Village Medical Centre, and Wootton Vale Healthy Living Centre are working together as a group of surgeries called Caritas Primary Care Network (PCN).

Caritas Primary Care Network provides care for patients across all our surgeries. We try and book appointments at your surgery, but we also use other surgeries and healthcare centres in Bedford.

The following questions are about the care we provide as a group of surgeries.

Caritas PCN Patient Survey

The following questions are about your surgery. The COVID pandemic has changed the way that appointments are booked. We would like to know how we can make it easier for you to book appointments and whether some of the changes made during COVID were helpful.

Question 4

There are also experienced Medical Receptionists who can listen to your needs and book you an appointment with the person who can best help you.
